Shawnee was one of the Ohio makers of American Art Pottery; from their plant in Zanesville, they made a wide assortment of charming vessels in the period 1937 - 1961. Pieces were not marked "Shawnee" until the 1950s, so this is an early creation.
The color is GORGEOUS and changes in the light from a deep, sea green ocean blue to bright teal turquoise.

Very Good Vintage Condition. No Chips, Cracks or Crazing with Normal Manufacturer Imperfections. Has some normal staining along bottom edge due to age. Please check out the photos for details.
