Vintage MCM USA Shawnee Pottery Pedestal Vase White Spatter/Green - Yellow

Description

Vintage MCM Art Pottery Planter.
Base color is a very cool dark green color and is splattered with white overglaze.  The inside of the vase is done in a light buttery yellow.
I am assuming this is an unmarked Shawnee piece as it does not bear the word Shawnee on bottom.  However it does have a U S A  marked
along bottom edge.  Very difficult to read because of the over glaze. (Picture 7)
The planter does not appear to have any chips or cracks.   Upon close examination there are a few flaws on the inside yellow glaze which normally occur in the glazing/firing process. There is one most visible spot on the inside that appears to have been a small bubble in glass that may have burst during firing. (Picture 6)
I have lightly cleaned planter, but it may need a little more TLC.
Measures approx. 5" tall and is  5" wide x 3.5" wide across top
All in all a great collectible !
