Vintage Large Pekingese Dogs Mother & Puppy Figurines *Missing Chain* 5" tall

2 VINTAGE PEKINGESE DOG FIGURINES
Have the wire for chain, but chain is missing
Mother dog is 5" tall and 5" wide
Puppy dog is 2" tall and 2" wide
I'm confused on the type of glass used to create these cuties. Mother has a glaze over paint, but puppy doesn't
There are manufacturing flaws in both.
Mother has paint splatters and a few raised points in the glass. This seems to be typical of mass produced pieces from this era.
I'm 99% certain they are from Japan, but the stickers are missing.
Really cute set that has survived with no cracks or nicks
