    Description

    This is a vintage 1950's/1960's Zuni sterling silver turquoise and coral snake design watch tips and stretch band. The watch tips feature a bezel-set piece of turquoise and red coral with a sterling silver nicely stamped snake stretched out between the stones. The outer edge of the tips are stamped as well. The metal acid tests for sterling silver on the tips. Although there is no artist mark, the work can be attributed to the well-known Zuni silversmith Dan Simplicio. The stretch band is the standard stainless steel. The tips measure 1 1/4 inches long by 1 1/8 inches wide. The weight including the stretch band is 1.56 ounces.
