Brand new suction box with volume control, model DS1-240.
Suction box measures 20cm square, about 30cm tall. Powerful, pulls up to 70" water vacuum. 1 1/4" main connector, 1/2" connector for accessories like auto rewind (available in our eBay store). Internal check valve so foot pump

Two stage motor, 220/240 volts AC, 4 amps, auto thermal protection, grounded. Wire with blue wire nut on top of motor is to connect on/off switch (not included but available in my eBay store). 2' of flexible hose, brass connector and 6' power cord included.
Does NOT
include
a power cord - rather than buying one there, having it shipped over here so I can then ship it back I believe it is best to let yousource the correct cord (it also varies between location).  You will need one that fits an IEC320 socket and your appropriate mains outlet, rated for at least 240 volts, 4 amps.

This suction box is designed internally to limit transmission of vibrations from the motor to the box and it is felted on the bottom to help prevent noise transmission from the box to the piano.
