This elegant, stainless steel-lined copper casserole pan makes rich, savory braises and travels seamlessly to the table as serveware. The brass handles and knob are well-sized. Wide, shallow braizer is perfect for browning ingredients on the stove top, then transferring to the oven for long, slow simmering. Crafted of thick copper for excellent heat conductivity. Interior is lined with durable, nonreactive stainless steel. Includes a stainless-lined copper lid. Made in Italy & marked PM.  9 3/4" diameter by  2 1/2" high or 5 1/2" high with lid. Set weighs about 4 pounds. This is in excellent, pre-owned condition with no damage and just a few light scratches from use. It's been freshly polished so it's ready to use or display.
