    FR.321 1891  Silver Certificate
    This has always been an under-rated type note in my opinion.  The 1891 series of this note comes with two different seals.  The earlier note has a red seal and later they were switched to blue.  I think most collectors prefer the blue seal variety because the double "XX" were also added to the design.  This note is pretty much as nice as they come.  PMG has not graded anything higher then a 67 on this FR#...making this a top pop!
