6 MONTH Limited Factory Warranty!
If informed within 30 days, we will correct our shipping or packaging errors and replace damaged or defective merchandise at no charge.
All electronic products are covered under our manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials & workmanship for a period of six months from the shipping date. At its option, Cozy Products will either replace or repair the defective unit. Please contact Customer Service for help with any of the items.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
FREE Shipping to U.S. Mainland addresses only.
We do not offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, however we do ship to those locations. Enter your zip code under the Shipping and Payments tab to get your rate.
We do offer International Shipping on this Item through the Global Shipping Program.
When product has been paid for, we will submit the order to be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Shipping time may vary due to your requested delivery location.
Your shipment will originate from a warehouse nearest to your location if possible. Most items are shipped FedEx, USPS and UPS.
You will receive a shipping update email containing a tracking number. You may also find the tracking number of your order in the "My eBay" tab.
If your package arrives damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us. If the shipping company has left before you realize the package is damaged, contact us immediately. Concealed damages must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt.
All shipping and handling cost are non-refundable. If buyer provides incorrect address or refuses delivery, the original actual shipping cost will be deducted from any monies refunded.

Returns Happen, We accept returns on units that are in their
original unused and uninstalled condition
To help us expedite your return please follow these instructions:
Contact us in advance for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Follow the detailed return instructions that we provide to you, which include the RMA# and shipping address to the Cozy Customer Service Center.
You will then receive your refund after a Cozy service technician inspects the returned product and has issued a credit memo.
Items returned due to buyer remorse do not qualify for free returns and buyer must return the item at their own expense. Refunds will not be issued on products that have been broken or damaged by the customer!
Product defects are covered by the Cozy Limited Warranty as verified by the manufacturer.

Buyers must consult with a Cozy Service Technician first prior to any return request and the unit deemed to have documented factory defect.
Units not functioning properly due to "customer set up" DO NOT qualify as a manufacturer's defect.
Other non-qualifying reasons Including but not limited to the following:
Unit not properly sized for the desired application
The unit is not recommended for geographic location
Customer power supply not suitable for installation of electric units
Customer ordering wrong type of product.
Buyer agrees that by entering into a transaction for this item to be bound by the terms of the above return policy and acknowledges that this is a legal and binding contract.
Buyers attempting to get around the return shipping by claiming "Item Not as Described or Defective" will be reported.
Returned units that have been damaged by the buyer will be subject to restock fee or possible rejection of return claim.

We must collect Nevada sales tax for the for all buyers with NV shipping addresses on all products we offer.
We are required to collect California sales tax for our Luma Comfort and NewAir products.
Unfortunately eBay does not provide the option for us to pick and choose the individual or group only of products which are affected. It is "All or None".
Therefore all California buyers please note if you purchase an item from us and we are not required to collect sales tax, please complete your transaction, send us a note and I will refund the sales tax collected through PayPal.
