    If you are collecting Black Eagles by Freidberg or just want an 1899 Silver Certificate, this note is what the ornithologist ordered! It has the signatures of Speelman and White, which means it is a Fr 236. This note is graded Extremely Fine 45 by PCGS with a comment about small repairs.
