    Offered is a 2 sided heartline bear necklace by Navajo silversmith Norman Woody from Teestoh, Arizona. He was taught by the renowned silversmith, Tommy Singer. The pendant is 1 1/8 inches wide by 3/4 inches tall not including the bale. It is on a new, never used, 16 inch sterling silver chain. The pendant is hallmarked N. Woody, Sterling.
    The heartline bear symbol is part of the belief system of many Native American tribes. In general its meaning includes: that the hearline begins at the mouth where breath gives life and points to the soul or spirit where faith and inner strength preside.
