This is a Pair (2) 1899, 1923 Black Eagle Silver Certificate and Horse Blanket, Fr 228 Date Right, Vernon/Treat and Fr 237 Speelman/White signatures, circulated in fine condition, stain and corner bumps (Eagle)
. Nice addition to most collectors.
I start my items at face value and let the bidders find the end.
